The Founders

SYLRICA is shaped by two complementary foundations.

Erica So brings a strong fashion design education from Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London, along with experience as a fashion buyer at Lane Crawford. She shapes the creative identity of SYLRICA - from its concept and visual language to the design of each piece - bringing a refined sensitivity to silhouette, styling, and modern femininity.

Sylvia Rao brings a thoughtful business perspective shaped by a background in finance and longstanding immersion in the international bridal industry through her experience working with globally recognised wedding gown brands.

Together, they created SYLRICA as a house for women drawn to pieces that are poetic yet considered, distinctive yet wearable - garments that do not simply dress a moment, but move with it.
